How can I proceed with the refund request?

- Indicate your order number and which products you wish to return. We ask that you explain the reason for requesting the refund.
- You will receive an email confirming the successful processing of your request.
- You will be contacted within 48 business hours by one of our customer care agents with further instructions on how to proceed.
Refund
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 48 business hours.
We will send you an email to notify you of the approval and the date of the refund issuance. The refund is only obtainable through the same payment method used for the order. For technical reasons, it is not possible to issue refunds to a different card, a different account, or through a different payment method.
The actual timing for the credit of the refund to your credit card or through bank transfer depends on the policies and procedures of your bank.
The refund only covers the cost of the product and does not cover shipping costs or the cash on delivery fee of 2.50 euros.
